The wastegate is adjustable. Affording you the control to set it where you please. Depending on what you are installing the turbo on some modification of the wastegate actuator may be necessary.
The silencer ring is installed. If you are one of those who likes turbo noise...well, turbo music! i.e. when your idling and you can just hear that beautiful turbine song, you may wish to remove it.
